Most transactions on Nextep close in 30–90 days. Simple sole-proprietorship sales can close in under 3 weeks. Complex transactions with multiple locations, licences or funding components typically take 60–90 days. Our structured deal management ensures no unnecessary delays.
Do you handle the entire process or just the introduction?
We handle the end-to-end process: valuation, information memorandum preparation, buyer/investor outreach, NDA management, negotiation facilitation, due diligence co-ordination, term sheet drafting and closing support. We are a managed-deal platform, not just a listings board.
Are case study details confidential?
Yes. All case studies are published with seller permission, identities are anonymised (city/sector only), and no financial details are published without written consent. Confidentiality is the foundation of our business.
Can I request a reference from past clients?
Absolutely. After our initial discovery call, we can connect you with past clients in a similar sector who have given consent to be references. This is available for transactions above ₹1 Cr.
What fees does Nextep charge?
