All listings must be accurate, genuine, and not misleading. You must own or have authorisation to list any business or asset. Nextep Solution reserves the right to remove any listing that appears fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms.

All listings are subject to review and approval by Nextep Solution's admin team. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion without notice.
Certain listing details (financial statements, ownership information, client data) are made available only after execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) through our platform. Users who access confidential information via NDA agree to keep such information strictly confidential and use it solely for evaluating a potential transaction.
Basic listings are currently offered free of charge. Premium services, advisory engagements, and brokerage fees are governed by separate service agreements. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
All content on the platform — including design, copy, logos, code, data compilations, and advisory materials — is the intellectual property of Nextep Solution or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nextep Solution does not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextep Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction facilitated through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Nextep Solution in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nextep Solution, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your listings, or your violation of these Terms.
Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We encourage amicable resolution — please contact us before initiating legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
